I work with high functioning, growth-minded women who are experiencing significant internal conflict resulting in but not limited to overwhelming stress, anxiety, strained relationships, imposter syndrome, self-doubt and burn out. My clients come to me knowing change is needed but don’t know where to start. I help them bring clarity to the root of the issues that keep them stuck and provide them with fresh perspectives and the tools required to create a system for true, authentic and sustainable change. My clients walk away from our work together knowing how to lead themselves from a place of self-trust and self-accountability, no longer feeling like they have to explain, justify or apologize for doing what they know is right for them.
